I saw Imogen Heap last night at Warehouse Live and it was amazing, here's the setlist: Just for Now (acapella), Goodnight and Go, Come Here Boy, The Walk, Loose Ends, Speeding Cars, Headlock, Clear the Area, Let Go (FrouFrou), Have You Got it in You?, Hide and Seek(!!)(and she sung it with a keytar!!), and for the encore Blanket (amazing-and new to me), Daylight Robbery (she rocked the hell out of this one), The Moment I Said It.
She is a fantastic performer, and just as fun and cutetarded as I've come to expect =). She's coming again in September, I think she said... any takers this time?
After the show I met up with Alex and my other mother BETH for a delightful dinner at House of Pies, we were a riot and boy was it good to see momasaurus again. I forget when shegoes back toIndia but it will be far too soon. Still haven't seen Mike yet, he stayed at the hotel to sleep. Miss that fucker too.
I'm WORKING again. Recepcionist, but this time its so much harder. I normally recepted on the weekends when its very slow, but now, since Patricia is on maternity leave, I am working monday through friday for a large real estate company. Thursday, I don't think I sat down for more than 45 minutes allday, let alone read a book or a webcomic or ANYTHING. I LOVE it!!! I love going to work everyday, its really fun and thats so weird to say.
